2. Is there a minimum purchase amount when using KA$Hplus?
There is no minimum spending limit, however, there is a spending limit per transaction based on the account type. For basic accounts, the limit is capped at RM200; while for premium accounts, the limit is capped at RM10,000.
3. Do I need a PIN for my purchases using KA$Hplus?
Yes, you are required to verify your purchases with a PIN as a form of security, when you pay with KA$Hplus app. Alternatively, you can also verify by scanning your fingerprint.
4. Is using KA$Hplus as my digital wallet safe and secure?
Yes, as KA$Hplus aims to provide an extra layer of security to your existing financial accounts. With KA$Hplus, you no longer have to bring your debit cards or credit cards wherever you go. Also, the amount of funds in your KA$Hplus account is subjected to the amount you have reloaded into the account. This reduces the risk of loss or theft.
KA$Hplus also requires its users to verify with PIN or fingerprint before proceeding with their purchase.
5. What other features can I use on the KA$Hplus app?
You can split bills with your friends and family after a hangout! Settling a lunch or dinner bill has been easier now, when you can request payment to other users on the app.

6. Are there any charges imposed on KA$Hplus users?
There will be RM1.50 fee per withdrawal at local ATM’s. As for international ATM withdrawal, there will be RM10.00 fee per withdrawal or 2% of the withdrawal amount, whichever is higher.
For transactions made abroad, Visa overseas transaction fees of 1% will be charged on the transaction amount.
Users are subjected to RM2.00 per month as maintenance fee.

7. Do I need to maintain a minimum balance in my KA$Hplus account?
Yes, you are required to maintain a minimum balance of RM10.00 in your account.
For example, if you want to make a purchase of RM100.00 with KA$Hplus, your KA$Hplus account balance needs to have at least RM110.00 in order to make the transaction.
8. Can I use payWave (contactless payment) with myIOU KA$Hplus Visa Prepaid Card?
No. Currently, you can only use PIN and pay method to make your payments.
